Attended a very inspiring and motivating talk held on wednesday. Not only did I got to know a friend better but also my power bar to push on had been recharged. Being the joker that likes to crash modules for no apparent reason, I got another new moduule added to my IVLE. Shall be looking at its stuff after my 3 exams next week. My journey to learn more shall always be never ending. BTW the module added is

Had my first sp3202 Lecture yesterday. It was super cool. Amazingly everyone was attentively listening to the lecture as it was interesting. Just learnt that there are laws in Singapore where one can be criminally charged by just having the intention or the thought of commiting the act. So looking forward to the next few lectures. Theres even a photography session where we will be trained to take crime scene photos. haha. I should also be posting some other lsm2103 questions that came out during my sem if I could recall them. May those lucky people who discover the post do well for their exams. Cheers!

First day in school could not have started any better. Had a terrible haircut from this store near my home. Bought coffee and was told by the lecturer not to drink it. Almost cannot bid for my chemistry lab slot due to the overwhelming internet traffic. Took 20 minutes just to wait for a 10 page print-out.

However, if you look at this situation from another point of view, had a great day on my first day of school. Had a great haircut that could have save me from visiting any hair salon for the next 2 months, able to interact with the prof on the first day of school before the start of the lesson, found another good reason to buy a mac laptop before I graduate from school and finally had a 20 minutes break from the endless lectures. Haha.

Food Outing

Had a food outing on 9th Jan with my friends. And I think I over ordered by abit. Though we are able to finish all of them. Sadly, I haven got the photos we took that day. But seriously, it was very fun. With all the food on the table, people were like staring at the four of us. After eating we went slacking at this place near plaza Sing. It was so cool with the good night weather. Next time, it will most probably be on a car traveling to other places. Our aim to try out all the beancurd stores in singapore to select the best. School's starting soon and its time to start on the engine to chiong ar!

Things to do for year 2010

For this upcoming year of 2010, I have come up with a list of things that I must accomplish.

1) Get a DSLR camera
2) Go for a Overseas CIP
3) Learn to play the guitar
4) Master Adobe After Effects
5) Takes lots of interesting photos with my camera instead of using photoshop
6) Complete the 42km Adidas Sundown
7) Spent alot more time with my family and friends
8) Play tennis with Kyle Dawg on Sundays
9) Learn to make simple Jap and korean food

This is it so far. And I shall accomplish them ASAP.

Choices

In life, there are some things we can choose and some we cannot. Some examples of things we cannot choose includes our parents, having a bigger brain etc. But we should not used these to label ourselves to make choices where we can make such as a good degree, commitment, etc. What we can do is to help guide and create opportunities to others in choice-making.

What is your deepest fear

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light not our darkness that most frighten us. You're playing small does not serve the world, there was nothing enlightens about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We were all meant to shine as children do. Is not in just some of us, it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same as we are liberated from our own fear. Our presence automatically liberates others.

The start and birth of a new year

Its the start of the new year and many may expect for new exciting things this year. The theme of this blog is similar to a sharing forum where there is someone out there who cares and is listening to you. Being someone who is interested in finding the endless meaning to whats life, is it money, success, happiness, etc I shall be sharing stories and theories that I find meaningful. I'm creating a section (the shout out and be happy section) to let others let out their unhappiness, I think its better to it all out and maybe others can give constructive advice to your problems. And yes, for those troubled with modules and cors, I'm thinking of creating a guide to help ease your dire situation. With this, let the blogging begin!
